I had a copy of it for a short time before I moved. I had played the regular version through probably half a dozen times at that point, and couldn't even get through the Great Deku Tree on the Master Quest. I didn't put much effort in, but it certainly is harder.

I think it's the dungeons that are more difficult. I'm only up to Dudongo's Cavern. The enemies seem more numerous and harder to beat.

Some of the other places might be changed as well, but a lot seem the same. For example, in Kakariko Village I was able to find all the Cuccos in minutes because they were in all the same spots.

It's kind of fun to figure out what's different as I go.

I started a replay of Galaxy 2 about half a year ago, but sadly it has been shelved due to lack of time to devote to it. I'll have to get around to that again at some point.

I just played 2 through again, save the last 2 green stars and that stupidly hard last level. I think someone on the Internet put it best when they said, "I chewed out the inside of my right cheek trying to beat this level." I swear I had to play it over 50 times, and then about 150 times on "Daredevil Mode." I wish I were exaggerating.

Anyway, I got bored this time around and wanted to start the first one again.

Yeah Smash Bros 4 is pretty cool. I play Zero Suit Samus, and then I have Pikachu for fun. Banzai Bandana Pikachu is the best, followed closely by Birthday Hat Pikachu for extra headbutt damage.

Bought Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition earlier and it seems okay so far. Dont really know what the fuck I'm supposed to be doing though. Also got Just Cause 2 for free from XBL so I'm gonna try that eventually.

Also been practicing my Felicia and Dante combos in Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 for when Bass The Clever actually gets it. Have those Chinese kids sent you the right fucking game next time bro.

Not really looking at any other purchases at the moment. Playstation 4 eventually. One of these days.

Haha, nice. I typically play any of the following fighters, from roughly most to least frequently used: Ike, Marth, Bowser, Duck Hunt, King Dedede, Lucario, Ganondorf, Shulk, Little Mac, Captain Falcon, and Mr. Game and Watch.

I agree. It is a sad place up there.

I just finished that temple as well, and have just entered the water temple.

I've also never collected the fourth bottle, so that is another part I need to complete.

I was at 99 at one point, and I went to every deep, dark, dank place in OoT to find it. Checked every dungeon. Re-checked every plot of soil. And the symbol just wouldn't disappear. I thought it was a glitch. Where was the last one?

So I just bought character DLC that was released today for Super Smash Wii U (and 3DS): Lucas, Roy, and Ryu.

So fucking stoked. Can't wait to use these guys. I really hope they come out with amiibos for all of them, especially Ryu.

All three are awesome.

Ryu, of course, lives up to expectations.

Roy was my fucking man in Melee, so I'm glad to see I'm comfortable using him again after all of this time. He'll likely be my new go-to Fire Emblem character instead of Ike, who I had to pick up once they didn't bring Roy back.

Lucas is just a better version of Ness.

I've been playing this puzzle point and click adventure game on my husband's iPad. The voice acting is hilarious. I played the first one and am now on the second.

What's fun for me about the sequel is I recognize the serpent in the logo.

I saw him at the British Museum a few years ago. (not a great pic but only one I took)

Rebought a 3DSXL for $115 brand new feeling like a fucking champ. Even came with the accessory that gives you two shoulder trigger buttons and a right analog stick for shit like monster hunter. That wasnt even listed in the original description and it was in the box anyway. Pretty fucking bangin.

Bought Ace Attorney HD Trilogy off the eShop too because it has all 3 original games with updates sprites and "suspend software" functionality as a proper 3DS game. Plus it was cheaper to get all 3 like that than to get all 3 physical copies of an older version. Gonna borrow A Link Between Worlds from my friend as my first Zelda game.

Happy as fuck about this purchase. Was so mad when I had to sell my first one last year.

EDIT: Also this may or may not be a refresher course for me for whenever the fuck my Ace Attorney game happens. Never actually got to finish the first game, and not having all the first game exclusive characters at my disposal for sock accounts was a bit of a pain in the ass. Didnt want to cast characters that I cant properly write true to the source material

I (sort of) finished Arkham Knight last night. I don't do any additional riddler stuff in those games other than what I do in a normal play-through, but I do pretty much everything else (I didn't finish disarming mines, because I was getting sort of tired of the batmobile fights, and that's even with me enjoying them more than the general consensus seems to be). There's some DLC stuff and a bunch of the AR challenges I'll go back and do at some point, but I'll probably wait until a bunch more DLC is out and then just pick up the stuff that's actually good when it's on sale.

Then I traded in some games today that I'm done with, because they were offering an extra $20 or $30 if you traded in 6 games, so I picked up Witcher 3. I haven't played the first 2, but I'm a fan of what they did with the DLC (16 weeks of at least 1 small bit of DLC every week, that doesn't cost anything beyond the price of the game. You know, actual fucking DLC, not micro-transaction bullshit), and it seems widely well-liked. Plus, there haven't been a ton of great RPGs (Dragon Age: Inquisition was ok, but the first is the only one I think was a really good game, Bound by Flame was surprisingly not-that-bad, I haven't picked up Bloodborne yet, because I don't like the Souls games, and while I think based on the faster combat Bloodborne may be more my speed, I'm not really willing to buy it at full price) yet this gen that I was especially interested in, so hopefully it will be good.

I played so much rocket league last month I'm 1 trophy away (the driving 500km one, that you can only get by playing off-line, although they did just fix it in the last few days someone told me) from platting it.

Enjoy the Mako when you get your TV working (and by that, I mean it's awful and you'll hate it). And the elevators. I don't care what people say, long-ass elevator rides are not better than loading screens. But other than that, excellent games.
