Thanks for hosting this game - it was very fun.
It was a shame that more people didn't join the sex cave and meet King Kong/the sex cryptid, but oh well.

Could you come up with some better reasons next time though? Can I ask why you all decided to vote for me? If it's because I didn't vote Eloh, that's pretty weak to me. I've never been one to blindly hop on bandwagons, I always vote who I think is scum and, in yesterday's case, it was Colin - and it still is.

JaggedJimmyJay redirected any actions Elochin performed last night onto speedchuck (his 2 biggest scum reads at the time). Today, we learned that speedchuck is in a coma (I was in a coma for the duration of Day 2 and Night 2). speedchuck was a highly surprising choice, considering people were already suspicious of him and he wasn't really stepping on anyone's toes (except Scotty's maybe). Now, Elohcin denies that she is the person putting people in comas, and that her only role is to be unlynchable. It would make sense for Eloh to want to silence me after day 1/night 1, and with the evidence that JJJ has revealed, it also makes most sense she was caught silencing someone else who got redirected onto speedchuck.
What do you think of that?
If this is true, it is certainly odd and a bit scummy to me. Denying evidence like that is definitely scummy.

Eloh is very far away from a townread for me, so go ahead and lynch her. But let’s not just have 25 people on one wagon, right? That’s as much a wasted day as any.
Talk about wasting a day.
My whole point is that you've maintained that you think that she's scum while you've tried to subtly urge people off the wagon, and then you suddenly decide to lynch her. It just looks odd to me.

Re: U-Pick Mafia Vol 1 - Day 3
Okay. So this Eloh situation. Generally, when someone claims, I think that believing them is preferable to straight up lynching them so that you can give them a chance to prove their role, and, in this case, lynching Eloh is the only way to prove it. I personally buy the tardigrade story, but I don't understand the defeatist attitude. The whole point of defending, of convincing people not to lynch you, is stupid if you supposedly don't die. Yes, other people could be lynched instead, but we still get information from you not dying, so it's not completely useless. Overall, a scummy look to me.
That being said, I'm not going to switch over to her, because Colin still smells fishy to me.
1) "Scum can easily bandwagon Eloh, so try not to do it."
2) "She looks scum to me, but I'm not going to lynch her just yet."
3) "It appears this lynch is going to happen, better get on while I still can."
The use of stuff like "We can do more" and "That's as much a wasted day as any" to try and suggest that we aren't trying hard enough and that the lynch will not help us at all is really scummy to me, so I'm sticking with lynching Colin.
That being said, I'm not going to switch over to her, because Colin still smells fishy to me.
ColinIsCool wrote: ↑Wed May 23, 2018 10:49 pm Scum are going to have such an easy time bandwagoning on Eloh with a lead like that for now, no matter what her alignment is. We can do more.

Character development at its finest.

I should say that tomorrow I have my last exam for a while so I'll probably be more active and (hopefully) more composed. But, until then, I'll quickly whip together an idea about someone.
ColinIsCool. I didn't like how cross you got at me because I found you suspicious, despite me not even voting for you. It just seemed like you blew it a bit too out of proportions than it needed to be. Now, perhaps that's what you do and you challenge reads like this. But I'm suspicious nonetheless - but I'll have the time tomorrow to give more thought to this.

Okay. Contrary to what I was initially worried about, Lilefer is less suspicious to me now. If he was an important role, like scum or a town role, he would've been active, even if he was busy. But I still want to see more if he can.
Jackofhearts2005 isn't really at the top of my list, although him trying to get a rise out of people is a bit scummy to me.
Kylemii is probably my favourite for town. He seems very towny and I can't find anything that really screams scum to me.
No fucking clue for Spirityo - he's a bop it!, I guess, which aren't really open books.
JaggedJimmyJay seems fine to me - nothing glaringly obvious to me as I looked over. Perhaps I'll do a more in depth look later on.
Dragon D. Luffy's lynch seems silly to me. He's claimed a role, which, if he is telling the truth, can be proved if he rescues the people he says he can. If they aren't rescued, then we know who to kill. If they are rescued, whoever pushed for this lynch is dirty scum. As such, Lunalee and ColinIsCool are the people I'm most suspicous of (who can be lynched) - plus maybe Jackofhearts2005 for contributing to this doubt on DDL. I personally think Lunalee is more suspicous than ColinIsCool so....

If I may offer my opinion on all this polling discussion, I think that either option 1 or 6 are the best choice. Option 1 seems the safest option and probably best for scum not getting an advantage. Option 6, however, would offer lots of information about who was good and who was bad, which could be quite important. For the time being, I'll go with option 6, just because gaining that information is more important, especially with how many people are in the game.

While I agree that Lochlan being busy might've made him play differently, I'm not seeing anything from him that really screams to me that he is town, or not suspicious - at least if we're going on how he plays on GTF. He's not been as perceptive as I would've expected by now, and, while I imagine its partly due to not knowing everyone's playstyle, he's who I've got the read on that I'm most confident with.wolbre04 wrote: ↑Sat May 19, 2018 11:58 amI'm not really feeling a scum lochlan based on how I have seen him play in games with me and hosting games that he's played in it. I don't really know how you all play and stuff like that, so I've not got very strong impressions about you as of yet (but I expect I'll get some ideas a bit later on). I'm always a bit suspicious of Lochlan at the start, but I may think differently when he starts posting some reads.
I can't remember how Brennan plays because he's mostly hosted horribly bastardised games, so I can't offer any insight on that front.
