I don't understand what you mean. By slowly turning against you I mean that over the past 24 hours or so, ever since M Plus 7's dogpee, my town read of you has gradually declined, as I've pointed out every time a new point has added to that. I'm not talking about anything you said to me
Your town read has gradually declined the more it looked like your lynch was gaining traction. Meanwhile the vast majority of players opinions of me have shifted the other direction. It's a scum mindset.

It's not with him that bothers me the worst, its with me and abyssum and Robot and Jay and whoever else presented you with various povs and potential data, and it keeps feeling like you just shut all that data out of your mindworld instantly, without any consideration or engagement on it first.

Also what does "showing his town feathers" even mean? That's what i'm talkijg about about a nebulous bar to set. Does that have an exact definition in your mind?

Showing his town feathers is a term I took off him from last game, he kept saying he'd scumhunt and in doing so we'd see he was town. It's like, showing he's town through his behaviour rather than just his words.

Well they have. I was scum reading Luna, now I'm not. I was feeling bad about aby, now I'm not. I was town-read Mac, then I scum read him, now I'm scum but town gut reading him.

And because the timing of their flip on me was when I was just about to become a wagon. It feels like an odd time to back off me when it could have been pivitol in securing my lynch

not contributing to the overall well being of the thread=not trying to boost thread mood/morale, not rallying other players, posting toxic or overly distracting content (not necessarily all of these, but that's the basic idea).

The part where aby kind of warns him about her disagreeing is something I imagine she'd say in Mafia chat to him rather than out in the open because it could look suspicious (personally I think it's probably not alignment indicative so much as just a style of hunting)

I think its a valid option, and technically appeals to me through mac’s eyes.

However, it can, and could very well be an easy way to get pressure off himself. In where mac thought he could get an easy lynch out of me, he was met with resistance and now has to backtrack to another lynch. Only this time he adds understandable reasons it’s to lynch XYZ unlike previously.

It’s not that, it was the matter of not contributing to the thread outside of the people who in any aspect poked at him. The moment mac started contributing to the overall well being of the thread I started to reconsider if maybe I jumped the gun on him

yeah, sorry. this is how i interpret the two:

not contributing=not making any attempts to solve the game, make comments on it, offer opinions, generate content, etc. could be lurking, could be avoiding offering takes on any situations, could be posting only fluffy spammy content.

Not the strength of convinction that would be needed for the strategy you proposed to make sense. If and only if Turnip Head flips mafia, you then have a couple little moments which for some time might move you, and then the entire game continues to proceed onward, the players in question continue to make posts, and your reads adapt with the times. If you're asking me whether I believe you'd lock them in for the rest of the game, my answer is no.

I quickly ISO checked TH, Colin, DH and Marmot for post counts and found the former three with far higher post counts than I thought. That they are not central to discussion pings me.

I am want to give Marmot a pass for it. I know Colin will continue to post whether he's scum or not and have seen him tie himself in knots to the point where he couldn't get out of it before, very recently, as scum.

TH straight up called Dharmahelper town. If TH flips bad I am calling Dharmahelper town. I do not think a scum TH calls a teammate DH town the way he did.

He called sprityo his spirit animal. I do not think a scum TH engages with a scum teammate sprityo in this way.

Kylemii was visibly taken aback by TH giving DH a town clear. It is both a good look for Kyle and I cannot see them as scum teammates because of it.

I know these are all simple things but I can't sense any of these three interactions being scum/scum.

Going on the post I made before that I directed at Jay I would like one of DH or TH lynched today because neither of them are living up to what I feel their standards of contribution are which in THIS particular game where we as town have the benefit of a significantly active thread, makes me want to get rid of them early as they are not going to allow themselves to, "tie themselves in knots" the way a Colin will.

A TH flip leaves behind more breadcrumbs imo.

i'm semi-around but not entirely. i've been on Robot for a while now; the points that i made in my reads posts about Robot are ones that still stand. unlike you/Alien/Tsaiah(?), i don't have any meta on robot, so i can't offer anything of value there, but i still really dislike them saying that they like kylemii and then saying that they don't mind the wagon. i just cannot imagine that sort of behavior/thought coming from a townie; when i form a read (even a minor/light one) on somebody, i don't then want to hop onto their wagon just because a few other people are.

i know that they said that they didn't see any compelling reason to do so, but the eagerness to the possibility of joining that wagon rubs me the wrong way entirely.

Fwiw this strikes me as similar to their game before as Town. They were very much like that, very 'effected by the wind' and always sort of like 'I'll bear that in mind thanks' to everything everyone said. I think that's what caused them to be mislynched but I'm not sure, M Plus 7 can probably remember it better.
