Lots of films do that, but films aimed at kids seriously misrepresenting facts annoy the hell out of me.

Anyhow, back to NPing :D

Wrong answer. If you knew then you would know. Means I don't think you are who others think you are.
Hmmm.....I don't think that I can say what you want me to say and I don't like that you are asking me to give info (and possibly role outing another player) in the thread and then trying to cast suspicion on me because I won't. There is another way I could try to convince you but I think that doing it would be detrimental to the civs so I don't really want to. FTR - I don't think that BR is bad.

This is the worst film ever made. Ever. In the words of its greatest devotee and and celebrated commentator David Schmader (and if you haven't wathed the film with his running commentary than you do not know true bliss), "It's as if every single person involved in the production of this film, from the director to the writers to the head gaffer, consistently made te worst possible decision at every moment. Except for Gina Gershon, who knew EXACTLY what film she was making."
It is absolutely horrifying, and transcendentaly glorious. I love it beyond words.

(This clip is totally NSFW. Obviously.)

Barbarella. Quite literally, unwatchable.

Actually, my least favorite film ever is The Man Who Fell To Earth, but I couldn't find a clip to suitably showcase its badness.

Nay, Canuck. This one is far worse than Showgirls. Even with the MST3K commentary, I very nearly clawed my eyes out.

Other contenders for worst film ever include:
-Alien Intruder
-Friday the 13th Part 3
-The Killer Shrews
-The Master of Disguise
-Plan 9 From Outer Space
-The Room

After a very quick look, I don't think we have had a tie yet unless there are more secret vote manipulations.

Sigh. How frustrating. There must be more going on than I realize. I thought the lynch switch explanation made sense, but if the baddies AND civilians have both a lynch stop and a lynch switch, that seems odd to me.

So in addition to baddie secrets, there have been a whole bunch of contests. I sure as hell haven't won any (:pout:), but the baddies have probably won at least one, since they have multiple chances to win. My guess for why the lynch didn't go through is some combination of baddie secrets and prizes. Not that it really matters, I remain convinced Ninja is bad, I hope we can try to lynch her again tomorrow...or maybe she's someone Baby Herman needs to visit tomorrow night? I dunno how his role works, or if he's still around, but getting rid of baddies at night would be super helpful.

Zomba seems bad to me, but the fact that she was cursed gives me second thoughts about her. Of course, thta could be the motivation behind the curse, but I think it's unlikely given that she wasn't taking a lot of heat at the time. I'm willing to give her a bit more of a pass for the time being.

I am not historically good at reading Canuck, so I am not sure about her.

Are we seriously contemplating letting LC not be lynched tomorrow? I don't understand that.

The Judge is a threat to the civilians as much as the Toon Patrol, and I'm sorry, I STILL don't see where we know that LC isn't Toon Patrol, especially since it seems some people (rightfully so) doubt Zomba's claim.

Epi, do the baddies or Judge inherit the other team's NK when the other team loses, or not?

This may change my mind slightly if the answer is Yes. If the answer is No, then I still firmly believe LC should be lynched tomorrow.

I've said this, but apparently I haven't been clear.

I personally believe LC is Toon Patrol based on how everything went down, but it's clear as day what Zomba is claiming, and if that is true, LC is the Judge. If I'm to believe my own personal evaluation of what happened, ignoring evidence to the contrary, I think he's bad. If I take the evidence that Zomba is pushing at face value, he 100% has to be Judge.

Either way, we don't have a better candidate for Judge, so it seems obvious to me that we should lynch LC tomorrow. Because if Zomba is telling the truth in her blatant infodumping, then yes, he has the kill, and we want to eliminate it. On the off chance she's bluffing and LC really is bad, then it's still a win-win, and the Judge is roaming around like he would otherwise be.

If LC is the Judge, I agree that lynching him tomorrow is the best option. Ninja can wait until the following lynch.

.....but are we sure LC is the Judge? I'm currently thinking he is, but I fully admit to being a victim of the "I think LC is always bad" disease, and therefore am biased against seeing him as a civ.

I hope that makes sense. If not, let me know.

And LC's flip will inevitably influence my viewpoint of Zomba to some degree, but otherwise I think the plan of lynching LC, then Blooper, then someone else (probably Zomba unless LC's flip and other evidence tells me otherwise) is best.

Of course, apparently there's vote manipulation this game of which we are unaware, but it's all the more reason we should have a solid plan, made ahead of time, with everyone agreeing upon it, and having everyone vote that way with maybe a person or two casting off. I don't know how the vote manipulation works... it's odd to me that yesterday's lynch failed completely. But I still think it's best if we pile as much as we can on one player, since at worst case it will end in a lynch stop like yesterday, whereas with the lynch against me on D2 it ended with a lynch switch.

Ok, but I am not sure why you are already putting forth zomba for D8 lynch when we haven't even learned LC's role. If he is the judge, maybe is she is toon patrol but it seems more likely that maybe she is telling the truth. Still not a good lynch option.
If he isn't the judge and is toon patrol, it's pretty obvious they aren't on the same team, so the only option left for her is the judge or civvie. Still doesn't seem to be a good lynch option.

MP, slow down, think. I don't know if you have realized this but you just proved LC is not Toon Patrol. If she's telling the truth he's the Judge, if she's lying she is likely baddie (because that's what baddies do) and pushing for LC lynch. Which would not likely make him Toon Patrol.

.....but are we sure LC is the Judge? I'm currently thinking he is, but I fully admit to being a victim of the "I think LC is always bad" disease, and therefore am biased against seeing him as a civ.
Personally, I still think he's bad. But Zomba was adamant that he's the Judge, there was no NK from the Judge, and LC seems to be blatantly admitting he's Judge.

I don't understand why a civilian would act any of the ways that LC is acting, but I'll admit to being blinded by that disease. Even considering that, I still think there's practically zero chance he's civilian at this point.

Linki w/ Splints: Fair enough, my suggestion to lynch Zomba is certainly cart before horse, but I'm increasingly believing she isn't playing a civilian-friendly game, especially if LC flips Toon Patrol. I'm not sure why you think her behavior precludes her from being his teammate.

How did I prove that? Maybe I am missing something. To be fair, hosting Death Note right now amid Smashfest and all of my PhD studying I'm pretty sure has fried my brain, so I will fully admit I could be analyzing this completely incorrectly.

But here's the thing: If Zomba is lying, branding him as Judge makes way more sense from a damage control perspective. LC was GOING to get lynched yesterday regardless, I'm pretty positive, because practically 75%+ of us were sold on him being Toon Patrol. It wasn't until Zomba came out flailing her arms in thread, while cursed, in conjunction with the lack of Judge kill that many started seriously considering he was Judge.

Maybe I'm looking at it incorrectly, but Zomba could still be teammates with LC, and could gain cred from it really easily by doing this.

I guess it's possible. I just feel it is less likely. I have reasons I could argue that LC is telling the truth about Zomba being bad. But I also believe that indy LC could be just lying about it since he is annoyed how Zomba handled that situation. TBH if I was in his situation I would try like hell to take her down with me too.

Ehhhh, I'm getting way too ahead of myself though, we just need to lynch LC and see if he really is Judge first, I think. Based on Canuck's case and yesterday's non-lynch, Blooper is obviously the next best candidate. I will admit I need to reevaluate this Zomba stuff, but it seemed evident she's bad in either scenario (either she's lying and LC is bad, or she's telling the truth and yet LC is jumping up and down saying she's bad, and her throw off vote for me during the Bass lynch is telling). That said, I suppose I'm colored because I still can't believe the scenario in which a baddie Bass faked this whole thing, somehow implicating the Judge. It's too cartoony (lol) and very unlikely.

Splints, that's a good point, duly noted.

Of course not. I am just trying to make him feel better since I found out who he really is and he did such a fine job of convincing he was someone else before. But LC is going down. Sorry LC.

Lets take this one day at a time and learn from our lynches before we set up a plan on who to lynch each day :)

Make him feel better? Why would you wanna make him feel better?

When you were adamant qbout lynching me with no reason whatsoever you didnt care, but you have to make a confirmed baddie feel better?
