No, I am outside at the burn barrels, burning some garbage from our home. We live on a farm, and that's how we take care of burnable garbage. I have probably posted from the toilet at some point, but it is far from a regular practice, I do my business and get out, not sit and whatever.

Full disclosure, just for you, friend Marmot.
I'm suburban-raised, but we sold our house and moved to Black Rock's mother's house on the farm for reasons. I'm not a farmer myself, I just sometimes feed the chickens, drive the tractor, get hay out to the horses, fence repair, weeds/burr plant control, plus any digging, burning, heavy lifting, or most things that require skill, strength, and ingenuity. I do it because my wife loves animals.speedchuck wrote: ↑Fri Apr 27, 2018 12:40 pmHello fellow... uh, well, I don't farm anymore, but I can relate!Long Con wrote: ↑Fri Apr 27, 2018 12:40 pm

The point I was trying to make about the items was that when someone trades all three, they have to pick an alignment. In other words, I anticipate a indie sloonei will be picking soon potentially. I'm not 3p though and I've said it several times

Re: Ancient Greece Mafia [Day 1]
Responding to ancient posts because that's just where I'm at right now. MP and I did not ask you the same question. MP asked why you care how Daisy looks. I asked how you read Daisy, MP asked why you were concerned about her appearance. Better stated, my concern is that it looked like you were trying to indirectly establish a suspicion against Daisy without coming out and stating it firmly. You say you do not suspect Daisy. Why not?Lunalee wrote: ↑Thu Apr 26, 2018 9:50 amI do not suspect Daisy right now.Sloonei wrote: ↑Thu Apr 26, 2018 12:09 amThis is a weird post. I believe that one of Golden and Sloonei is bad.
It would make me laugh if Mac is bad.
As far as big talkers go, that’s my thoughts. Mostly fit reads. Very strange not being a part of the action. I don’t have as much a grasp on the flow while looking as a spectator catching up. I can definitely see why that is hard for people.
Too many people that have good defenses. I find myself even nodding to some of Luna’s posts on day 2 (like that MP and LC both seem scummy). I mean hell, I know MP can work himself up in any alignment but cursing always surprises me with that guy. LC is making some stubborn statements that I seem to remember from GoC (like his irrefutable smugness in MP’s guilt). I mean, he’s just winking at us to lynch him.
I’m willing to trust Mac though. Just gonna be a sheep vote this day and follow the big heads since I ain’t one of them atm. There’s gotta be some bad guy(s) in there somewhere, steering the thread. It’s a bit chaotic tbh.

Scotty's and Luna's votes are just bandwagon jumps. That's exciting.

Re: Ancient Greece Mafia [Day 2]
I expected there to be a lot more meat on the bones of my votes when I saw there were 5 of them. Mac made a case, but he's not even voting for me. This is 4 votes and the most substance I've seen on any of them is that my Day 1 vote for Colin was somehow hypocritical, which is completely off the mark.dunya wrote: ↑Fri Apr 27, 2018 5:48 am I am semi caught up but stuck in meetings with managers all day. I have broken the Colin and Sloonei tie. I had day 1 concerns about Sloonei and his ColinIsCool vote. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if it was early distancing masked as a pressure vote on day 1 after everyone questioned him about it.
I have more thoughts about Sloonei I'll share before eod. But for now, I have a bigger scum read on sloonei than Colin.
I have some questions for some Colin votes I'll ask later too.

I'm not in a position to state reads with much confidence and I've been sucked into the self-defense vortex today. It's stupid and I don't want to be in this position.

Re: Ancient Greece Mafia [Night 1]
This doesn't particularly alarm me coming from MP. He does not hide his emotions in games and isn't afraid to get swept up in momentum or impulsive voting. He'll follow voters if he feels like they're onto something, and then changes his mind a thousand times and feels bad if he's wrong.colonialbob wrote: ↑Fri Apr 27, 2018 2:37 pmSlooneicolonialbob wrote: ↑Thu Apr 26, 2018 10:02 am"I voted him, but only because I didn't believe in myself" (paraphrased) - aka you let yourself get pushed into a Sig vote by the thread. That's the opposite of what I'm doing; I take full responsibility for my sig vote. Of course I regret it. Why wouldn't I feel guilty about mislynching a fellow townie?colonialbob wrote: ↑Thu Apr 26, 2018 9:42 amYou're apologizing and distancing from a D1 civ lynch. It was D1, the odds were always that it would be a civ. That's how the game works. Why would you feel guilty about that?M Plus 7 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 26, 2018 9:37 amExplain.colonialbob wrote: ↑Thu Apr 26, 2018 9:36 amEw.M Plus 7 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 26, 2018 9:23 am
Ugh, I just have to respond to this. I feel like a giant egghead for the sig mislynch. I officially can't read the guy, and I should have trusted my earlier self that was townreading him, because I got caught up in the moment and really thought he was the best option we had available. It was pretty difficult to develop any counterwagon at the time, but I regret my actions; I should have just stuck with Luna or went somewhere else I guess.
[VOTE: M+7] aubergine
And again because it's D1. Can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs. (Unless it's JaggedJimmyJay's heist game and speedchuck and I are scummates)
And I remain thus far unconvinced by other cases.
What is your experience playing with him?

Colin’s abstaining thingie. For you, gut and then Mac made a convincing case but then my brain melted and I don’t remember it.
If I absolutely have to be the determining vote, I’ll let you know which of you I will pick.....by voting right before the deadline.

Re: Ancient Greece Mafia [Day 2]
Colin abstained from the Day 1 lynch by making a speech about disliking the main wagons and planting a meaningless vote on luna right before the deadline, and has said next to nothing today.
