it doesn't on its own, but i'm taking the whole creature in his entirety and weighing points for and against his towniness. i dont have a lot of meaty content to go with.

Re: The Wire Mafia
I agree with this analysis, but it's complicated because "smearing but leaving openings to jump off" seemed like Rej's style with just about everyone. Jack was hardly unique there. He is unique in that he received a vote from Rej that never moved. And again, I can go either way on that.Dragon D. Luffy wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 6:43 pmI actually read all of it this time.
Though I'm... not sure. Rej smeared Jack a lot, though he left openings to jump off it. I could see bad Jack here. Means Rej engaged in a lot of distancing, but not in a very difficult way. Jack wasn't even up for discussion in D1 (except for his thunderdome with dunya), and his wagon didn't catch that much steam on D2.

If sloon is scum, his teammates are in Dunya, Colin, Jack, and Sig. That's what the readlist quoted above tells me.

Where are you getting this general consensus from? I am specifically accusing LC of being mafia based on his interactions with Rej. My voice is consensus.sig wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 6:46 pmThe general consensus on LC seems to be not civvie, not super mafiaish. Re: The Wire Mafia
Based off of Rej alone: Sloonie, Jack and Speed would be 3 to pursue.
Ignoring Rej: Creature, LC, Speed, and Collins. I don't remember why I voted for him, but since I did I'll throw that down.
Combo of both in order of whom I'd lynch: Creature, Speed, LC then Sloonie.
DDL is probably my tin foil mafia read right now.

Talk to me about Speed sig. Is it strictly you forgetting about him?
My thing is it seems like he's being active enough to be active and around, but not really doing much. Which irony I'm doing the same thing, but Ik im not mafia.![]()
More to the point, nothing Speed has said has pinged me. I have a decent track record of reading Speed with a skew towards scumreading him when he’s town sometimes and rarely townreading him when he’s scum.
Plus, a bunch of people are really suspicious so chances are anyone who I even townlean is just town.

Hm.
Probably Colin, unless something's changed in the 36 hours I haven't been in game. Colin is usually a presence, and he's like a void in my head right now.
I might jump there anyway. I don't like that there are no big voices on the Sloon train. Makes it feel weird.

Did you even read the post?
I felt bad about boo because rej made no comment on him at all until slapping a random unexplained vote on him mid-day 2, then quickly moved it off of him. It looked like an empty attempt to distance himself from a teammate. I had similar misgivings about his vote for you, which I expressed, but ultimately came off of because his vote remained on you. I guess it's possible to read those votes the other way around: you were the distanced partner, and boo was the random civilian being shaded. But if I am being asked to choose to pick one over the other, I'd say the boo vote looks worse. Or maybe you're both town. I find it unlikely that he'd vote for two partners at once.
See, that all sounds like wifom mumbo jumbo. There are parts I can get behind but the only lead me to conclusions I already knew were true like “both Boo and Jack are not wolves.”

I'm always going to be considering as many possibilities as I can. I did not have a firm read on you one way or the other, but I settled on a town lean.
