sprityo was in my POE pool and had Day 1 not ended prematurely I intended to vote for him (once given permission). There was some active suspicion too, primarily in his handling of the miller claims and Tony specifically.

I ask the question, because I can recall at least one game where "quieter mafia" Jay existed. Mountain Mafia was played during my graduate finals week and I had no time to play. Colin wasn't in that game though, so he'd have to derive the view elsewhere.

I realize that's a bit of a homework assignment; I don't want you to write a dissertation. But it'd help me get a clearer idea of your view of the game state in general rather than on certain smaller-scale reads.

Wisp’s posts this game have been grating and could’ve accomplished any questions/information they wanted to acquire in a different manner.

The way they went about it made the environment feel more hostile and that takes away from the rational problem solving trying to be accomplished.

You could call it something similar to chaos-mongering. Basically they were inhibiting the town’s ability to function and I see that as a mafia mentality and way of playing

Also for the record if I hate X behavior normally but it benefits my win condition as mafia I'll tolerate it because I don't see anything wrong with letting the town hang themselves. Like if FG was town here and y'all angleshot her as mafia and I was mafia and knew she wasn't, I would be content just sitting back and letting you guys go ahead. Which is why I think nanook suspected me, because of that lack of pushback against a behavior I hate. I don't see this as angleshooting at all though and explained why, so I wouldn't pushback against it either way.

1. @JaggedJimmyJay Did you not notice the date on the video? I feel fairly certain the title means nothing, only the fact that it was Jack Sparrow and he escaped, as FG did. Also feel mildly weirded out by the fact you made so much of that title. If Jack had loaded that video for this game, I'd be down to believe it, but no.

The video is probably meaningless.

5. I have asked a few times and I don't recall getting a good answer, but then we are 40 pages deep and maybe I just don't remember it, can someone who suspects TSP give me an explanation because I am seeing town all over him personally.

My perspective on Tony is a bit torn, in that he has made a wealth of posts and in objective terms seems to fit a town "archetype". I just haven't felt something from his posts. My town balls have not tingled. I need to secure my own read here, so thanks for the reminder.

ColinIsCool - hasn't posted enough for me to get a good read on him. I didn't really see anything I'd call particularly townie or scummy in the posts I did see.

Long Con - scum for melodrama and the way a bunch of people in the thread coalesced off him for what I felt were sketchy reasons at EoD. Generally I'm very suspicious when someone does something that gets everyone to say they're suspicious but somehow they never quite get to majority during EoD.

TonyStarkPrime - really did not like the shift off LC EoD and none of their posts have impressed me so far. Scumlean.

DrWilgy - null to maybe a slight townlean because he gives off a "don't bother me, I'm doing things my own way at my own time" vibe.

sprityo/Pawn Lelouch - I looked again and again and I don't see any reason to read this slot as anything but null. I think sprityo would have done the "kill the miller claims" thing as town as well as scum and it's been esttablished that they do the "I'm not putting in effortt" thing as both alignments as well.

Spacedaisy - townlean, I get a sense of earnestness and some amount of genuine indecision off their posts. Earnestness and honesy is generally townie and I tend towards believing that this brand of indecision looked like the Spacedaisy trying to figure things out with limited information.

Wisp - they keep making posts I really disagree with but everyone says they do that all the time as town, so I'll put Wisp down as a null.

KitsuShel - strongest townread. The way they went about their claim was super townie, their entrance was great and they've been trying to contribute in their own way rather than coasting or slanking, even after a bunch of people gave them a town pass.

sabie12 - town. Don't intend to figure out how to best word my feelings on sabie this late at night. IMO just read her recent posts and if you can't see why they're town ask me again.

Epignosis - I guess thinking back on Epi he's not done that much and I'd expect a more aggressive Epi as town. Slight scumlean.

"angleshooting" attempts look like a townie trying to get an edge. If this is mafia faking it to look town, then I'm impressed by his acting. just gives off a trustworthy vibe tbh

Funnygurl555 - can be scum. I still maintain that her D1 behavior was scummy and her role claim has been called into question. There are some discrepancies that make me question this read ("why didn't FG just make up a flavor or steal one from the fake claim?" "why was FG playing so fast and loose with her unexecuable status D1?") but she's definitely in my POE at this stage

JaggedJimmyJay - if I take a step back and think about it, JJJ hasn't actually done that much solving and there's still the question about him and LC. I'm willing to take a step back on this read b/c I understand that his established solving style is more about coordinating a towncore than just hard reading scum on D1, plus it just makes sense to me to flip LC first and look at the interactions with JJJ after I'm sure of LC's alignment. so this read is sorta in limbo for now. would not put JJJ in my POE until LC flips, but also would not put him in my towncore.

Hally - still think the interactions were not a good look. however I believe strongly enough that scum hally would not fake that "angleshoot" read on FG in the context of that situation and the rest of her play has been townie. maybe if nanook was also scum and coaching her but a Hally/nanook wolf team is ludicrously unlikely to me so she's just town.
