That Argentina game was like watching an accident that you knew would happen for the last 6 months. Argentina were like this all through the qualifying, only their individual talents lifted them over Chile. Going into the WC, the team continues to be a disjointed mess, even if they can still qualify. But tbf Croatia is not just some random team, their backbone is made of guys who play for Real Madrid, Atlético, Inter Milan, Barcelona or Juventus.

I thought they would be eliminated by France in the round of 16, not that they would fail to beat newcomers Iceland or struggle to even make it out of the group.

I really hope Iceland beat Nigeria, especially if it’s by a couple. A 5 goal difference would be a challenge to turn around.

It seems more likely that they've just eliminated Iceland instead, but who knows, I guess they only need a draw against Argentina, but that seems unlikely to me, Argentina will be pouncing.
