We have enough to get started. I will keep sign ups open for one more day, and anyone else is free and encouraged to join. I might even accept 12 if it comes to that (maybe 10 vs. 2 with a small added wrinkle to level it out).

We'll get started at 10:00 PM EST (7:00 PM my time) on Monday the 14th. I realize this is a late time for phases to end, so I might slightly tweak Day 1 or feature a Day 0 to normalize that a little bit, as much as I am able. I get out of work in my evening, so I gotta do what I gotta do.
