So I'm trying to look at kills. Some of them make sense for both Gman or sanmateo (MP for possible info role). I think TH's death could be more connected with sanmateo. I did find this which was interesting. I forgot MM was on to bass early, but specifically he didn't like bass not mentioning the 6 new players.

I'm trying to look at TB and sloonei now. I think with all the TB role speculation it could be argued for both as well. mafia always want to take out dangerous roles first. info and role stealing definitely are civvie powerful.

Yea it does seem easier. I have to look at the times of all his votes again. I have been bad in games before and deemed it too late to be able to safely vote my teammate anymore. I don't think either have great votes.

well no. If Gman is a civvie he does not have a lynch stop and will be lynched. If sanmateo is a civvie he has a lynch stop and will not be lynched. reveal might give information but we need numbers atm

Day 7: The Fleetingness of Time

DDL's death had put a tiny crack in the sense of indestructibility experienced by the civs. They realized that now there was a chance that their capitalist utopia could still be torn down before it was even built. To compound the problem, the sun seemed to be moving much faster across the sky, leaving them less time to discuss how to put their ideas into practice.

As the sun was dipping below the horizon, they rounded squarely on sanmateo. "You were friends with those dirty Communists!" they said. He protested, but couldn't convince the others.

"I'm wearing a bulletproof vest!" he shouted at them. "You can''t kill me; this is a waste of time!" The group huddled up, and asked themselves what to do about his conundrum. Someone astutely observed that he wasn't wearing a bulletproof vest on his head, and so they shot him there. They had no more time to waste; there was work to be done.

sanmateo has been lynched. He was Joseph Schumpeter.

JJ, I firmly agree on splints. I haven't been able to follow where your brain is at, given yesterday you thought sanmateo's case on splints had merit, but I agree anyway.

remember when i said the discussion during that heated portion of the day would be very telling come LyLo if we get it wrong? this is what i was referring to. splints was gushing town-tells during those proceedings (earnestly trying to work out who is really more deserving of a vote, communicating her feelings thoroughly). a mafia player doesn't care who gets lynched as long as it's not him/herself.

yeah we'll have to see. i hope he comes through. it doesn't have to be with me though. as long as he has a good idea of who is a townie in the Day phase he should be okay. if i am right about him of course.

sanmateo forced our hand more than anyone else. the lynch stop thing was hanging over our heads and it could have genuinely ruined the entire game. if he'd stopped the lynch on Day 7 and then gotten lynched anyway on Day 8, game over town loses. that's why it's a relief to me that he didn't use it. now we can shift our focus collectively to the real problem. ahem.

i think we all know what to do here, right? or at least there should be a lot of confidence.
