It is bc that is how I have been irl since march. Nothing to do with anyone here or the gae it is just me bc my life sucks esp since march.
I do not mean to take it out on any one person or player - I have been trying extra hard this game to not be a bitch.

Hey guys, I am in Ohio now preparing for the wedding. I apologize for forgetting the vote yesterday but then last night my internet for knocked out by a storm so I can only access the forms by phone which is really hard for me. My phone is not very good for this sort of thing. I'm going to try to get caught up and keep up. If I find in the next two or the days that it is too much for me with the wedding and all, then I will get replaced out. I'm so sorry for not being here.

So, G-Man thinks the Xtacles should kill Made. It's pretty unlikely that all four will be that focused, and who knows what instructions Xander Crews might have given them last night. Probably best if they prioritize what Xander says over the Magic 8-Ball.. but hey, maybe it's the same person!

When you're bad, you have a certain quality to your posts, at least as I read them. A mocking tone, that real Roxy does not have, and that civ Roxy does not have. I read you almost totally on tone most games. I am not seeing that here at all. This is not a judgment on you, just on your bad game as I see it. You're more direct when you're a civ, which IS what i am seeing here.Roxy wrote:What exactly is waspish? Re: Frisky Dingo [DAY 2]
That isn't a wide net. Those are my opinions on new people, publicly relayed. Notice that I did not say "Here's a list of people I could vote for," as you did. After posting my thinking, I concluded that Saberfish was the most suspicious of the group (followed by Cookie and TinyBubbles). I elected not to vote for Saberfish, and then voted Cookie again.Roxy wrote:You cast a pretty wide net yourself. Tough shit about Day 1. Its how I play. It is who I am as a person. I will not change. The evidence you provided Day 1 just did not prick my interest. It was her flip floppy-ness on Timmer that I found so strange. I questioned her beginning with my "wide net" post you are referring to bc I linky'd with her while making it.
Regardless of how wide my net was, I caught a fishy.

Your post six minutes after that is this:Roxy wrote:After my questioning my list narrowed here:Roxy wrote:For me it is Made or Cookie.
This implies that you hadn't read Made's posts before narrowing it between Cookie and Made.Roxy wrote:just read Mades posts and it really does not read like joking. so iunno
Before that, you don't really mention Made at all, except to say that you won't vote for him (Day 1), that his vote for timmer is "quite odd."
Of note is that both Made and Cookie were turning points based on their timmer takes. Cookie you went after for backing off, Made for voting.
The implication of the underlined is this: Cookie's teammates, whoever they may be, are shitty players because they "could offer her no advice or help her in" any way. I realize that you don't mean that, but that is what you imply here. At worst, it's emotional manipulation.Roxy wrote:Epi - you knew she hated being mafia. I could see you bus her but I do agree it is more likely you would have helped her.
I guess you think I am a shitty player that could offer her no advice or help her in anyway if I had bts with her. That I would have let her flop around without help while helping to drive her lynch.
No. I don't think you are a shitty player.
What you did do is save her Day 1 by voting Metalmarsh89, and then vote Cookie late on Day 2. If you're on a team, you tried to help her. Day 2, you realized there was a good chance she was going down and, due to her loud, personal defeatism in BTSC I suspect, realized there was no chance helping her more than you had.
So no, I would see you as a teammate who tried her best and it just wasn't good enough.

Re: Frisky Dingo [DAY 3]
Alright, so I'm officially caught up. This will probably be one of the few MP-like posts I'll make in this game, since I'll be phone posting starting Wednesday. I'll try to be around as much as I can tomorrow (well, I suppose later today, since it's 1:30AM Tuesday here) as possible, since my time will be limited going forward.
First off, RIP Elo, Scotty, LC, and timmer.
But BIH Cookie! Nice nab, Epi... that is, if you didn't bus her. :P
Good to see sig made it to the party!
I'm going to comment on some posts and ask some questions, especially to make up for lost MPing. That said, I tried to keep it as concise as possible (believe it or not), and not rehash discussion that seems no longer relevant. Second, I make some general observations and ask everyone a couple of questions. Lastly, I provide a rainbow list. Yay!

1) Responses to Posts
Epignosis, after D2's progression, do you still hold any of these suspicions? If so, which ones?
Also, I'm confused; I looked at Saberfish's posts in ISO and didn't see the role hint either. Am I being obtuse?
nijuukyugou, is Made your top mafia read going into today? If so, why? If not, why, and who is?
sig, do you have any questions for me? Have you determined anything regarding me and Epi?
Why do you agree with Epi about TinyBubbles? Do you expect every single one of us to come into the game and say we are civilians? I don't believe everyone has. How many games have you played with TinyBubbles?
Are you still pinged by Roxy's D1 mantra if it is asserted that she automatically takes that stance regardless of alignment in any game?
HamburgerBoy, it depends on the team. Generally, I think mafia tend to utilize their BTSC here. I definitely do when I'm bad.
Roxy, is your suspicion of me based entirely on Daisy's thoughts? You seem to imply that here. However...
Here you said you have your eye on me for different reasons. Are these reasons entirely due to what Daisy brought up?
If so, is there anything I still need to address for your purpose? I think I addressed Daisy adequately, but I can't recall, and she hasn't been around to elucidate her concern.
DharmaHelper, I am intrigued. Do you still find S~V~S suspicious? If so, how much?
I have a notoriously hard time reading her, as many know, so I'm particularly curious. GTH I've been reading her civilian.
Epignosis, I believe you here. I don't think you'd kill Elo N1. I find your new player theory intriguing... but as DH noted, this is a WIFOM-loaded question, so it's difficult to discern. I suppose it's worth keeping in mind though.
sig, how have Saber's posts seemed odd?
Given Cookie's mafia flip, how do you feel about Mac's Mom?
HamburgerBoy, can you elaborate on your nijuu/Blooper read here?
S~V~S, can you elaborate upon this, by chance? You are seeing a different Roxy than I am, since I find myself (gasp) in agreement with Epi that she's not looking too great. Since I consider you to generally read her well, I'm curious what it is exactly that you find civilian about her in this game. What do you mean by a mocking tone?
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
2) General Observations and Questions for Everyone
How does everyone read this post by Made?
Seeing as though he seems to have significant heat surrounding him (from what I could tell, reading D2), I think it's worth discussing, since this is by far his most emotionally-charged post. Fake? Sincere? Why?
Roxy's progression here is notable.
Vote by Blooper for Cookie.
Vote by Saberfish for Cookie.
These are the votes that rang most likely to be a teammate bussing Cookie, in addition to ika's unexplained (right?) vote, out of those who voted for her. Thoughts? Agree or disagree?
What does everyone think of this interaction between Roxy and HamburgerBoy?
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
3) MP's Rainbow Reads
General comments:
- Within groups, I forced myself to still rank every player, instead of listing them alphabetically.
- DH seems most genuinely civilian to me at the moment, but I've been bamboozled by him before (Misfits Mafia), so I'm still approaching him skeptically.
- Saberfish's alignment is dependent on said role claim, which I have not seen. Therefore, it is currently omitted, but my opinion of him may inevitably change if I can understand where the claim is coming from, and it makes sense to believe it.
- Roxy seems most mafia to me at the moment, largely due to her behavior, with the flip onto Cookie D2 reeking of a bus.
I'm remaining open-minded, however, and welcome any comments or requests for elaboration.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
4) So... What Are These Folks Thinking?
Also, I want to know what DisgruntledPorcupine, HamburgerBoy, ika, Mac's Mom, Saberfish, Spacedaisy, and TinyBubbles are thinking currently re: suspects ASAP. They haven't said enough regarding this.
...and I'm tired. See you folks tomorrow (well, later today).
First off, RIP Elo, Scotty, LC, and timmer.

If so, is there anything I still need to address for your purpose? I think I addressed Daisy adequately, but I can't recall, and she hasn't been around to elucidate her concern.

I have a notoriously hard time reading her, as many know, so I'm particularly curious. GTH I've been reading her civilian.

Seeing as though he seems to have significant heat surrounding him (from what I could tell, reading D2), I think it's worth discussing, since this is by far his most emotionally-charged post. Fake? Sincere? Why?

These are the votes that rang most likely to be a teammate bussing Cookie, in addition to ika's unexplained (right?) vote, out of those who voted for her. Thoughts? Agree or disagree?

3) MP's Rainbow Reads
Spoiler: show
- Within groups, I forced myself to still rank every player, instead of listing them alphabetically.

Wow, that sucks. Poor Xtacles
Intriguing that the role was revealed, though. I doubt he will answer, but :
@Llama~ NK role reveals: standard, one time only or it depends?
ANd MP, when Roxy is bad, she just has a tone that is somewhat sharper. I don't want to keep reaching for euphemisms for it; it seems her feeling were already hurt by "waspish" and I don't mean this in a negative way. It's her baddie game, not her, I am talking about. It's a tell of sorts for me. As soon as i hear it I recognize it.
That aspect of her game is totally missing here. She sounds sincere, if frustrated. She could have changed her game a bit, but in my experience of her, I don't think she is a baddie.

Yes. Moderately so. I'm not going to stop suspecting her based on things that I have no knowledge, history, experience, or control over, and this shift in style from her is objectively suspiciousDharmaHelper, I am intrigued. Do you still find S~V~S suspicious? If so, how much?

Yo roxy, what's up homie.
(Posting on mobile, so going to find particular post I wanted to reply to and go from there)
Also gman is still terrible, but not necessarily bad, which is annoying.

Now that dh's arugment has been clarified, anything else you want to say about how weird your vote looked? I mean it's quite normal ffor you not to vote newbies, but for me personally, the switch to voting cookie seemed a little too quick. Especially considering there was still an hour or so left in the poll, it's as if you wanted to vote cookie early because you knew she was going to flip bad.Roxy wrote:That makes me feel better. it is why I have been avoiding games here and playing on 2+2DharmaHelper wrote:Roxy, your attitude is the least suspect thing about your play, IMO.

Interestingly, my read of Roxy is currently heavily dependent on her behavior. I don't really have any opinion of her tone. So I'll keep that in mind. Likewise, my read of S~V~S is heavily dependent on tone. I'm not sure what to make of her more cautious approach, but I hesitate to see it as a mafia perspective, since S~V~S could have easily took advantage of me or Epi in order to get us lynched. I don't know. She seems more cautious and less opportunistic to me, DH, if that makes sense?
I know, right? What's the deal?DharmaHelper wrote:Well everyone's so darn talkative.
Like Made, I won't have much time tomorrow, but I suppose I can hold my vote until then and vote sometime when I'm in Cincinnati. Still would like to get people's thoughts/opinions though.
