I just created a survival league on Yahoo. You pick one team each week and if they win, you get to keep making picks. If they lose, you're done. You can use each team once all season.

I'll look into it. I've never played it before with the playoffs as an option. If need be, I'll change the setting. You would think the playoff-bound teams would all get used up.

Alright, according to Yahoo, the team options resets when the playoffs start. So we get to pick for 17 weeks of the NFL season, then the 12 teams making the playoffs are all available to be picked in the playoffs. The playoffs follow a similar one-use-per-team selection rule, so save your Super Bowl prediction for the Super Bowl I guess.

Had the Dolphins won, I'd have been ecstatic even though it would have wrecked my fantasy football leagues. Dan Marino was my sports hero as a kid. It's been a long time since I've been able to get excited about the Dolphins. I doubt this will be the year.
