Starbuck and Hot Dog hit Sector D3 together. They needed it, as they flew straight into a war between evil computer programs and sweaty biker dudes. They were glad they didn't have to clean up that mess.

Mad Max was probably the game of the year IMO (it went into overtime!), so that's no surprise. I'm glad Transistor is also being recognized too. It wasn't as loud and chaotic as some other games, but it was intricate and highly strategic.

Transistor's setup still blows my mind to this day. The Process role mechanic was incredibly intriguing, one of the coolest roles I've ever seen, and the game's setup overall was consistently engaging.

Mad Max is probably the best Syndicate game I've played to date. I wish I'd played in Transistor now, it must have been an excellent game. I still regret having to bail on GY!BE, and I'm also glad to see Rocky & Bullwinkle getting some recognition. That was a fun game.

Let me tell you though, that game was so stressful at end game that I just lost all motivation for a whole load of games afterwards, so when it came to Monkey Island I just could not be fucked. Thank Scotty for the win there.JaggedJimmyJay wrote:Mad Max was probably the game of the year IMO (it went into overtime!), so that's no surprise. I'm glad Transistor is also being recognized too. I feel honored to see both Futurama and Parks & Recreation in the finalists for Best Heist as well, and I just want to give a shout out to all of the players of those games as well as both games' Socky voters. Those games were an absolute blast to host, especially seeing the top-notch roleplay. Thanks for the recognition there, folks. I'm glad to see the TV sitcom series has generated such excitement.
