I thought that they had said there were two players with each element except only one Holy, but that would be if there were 19 players and there seem to be 20, so maybe it's just two per element

Yeah, me too, although putting people in the position of publicly begging may make them hold a grudge against the person who made them beg, so that is something to keep in mind.

I have a "People I won't vote for Day One" list. DH is one of them due to the hatchet job I did on him in Survivor.

Actually, although I dislike "No Lynch" in standard games, I could see myself voting there, too, until we have night results and see what is what. I don't want to be annoying to the hosts and change my vote too often, but I am going to change it now.

Also, I wish whoever put than anon vote on Golden would fess up.

If this is how you're playing, then you should vote out all females too. Females tend to win LMS games.

Elo, Glorf is the nicest guy in all of mafia. This is no reason to vote for him. In fact if he is willing I will gladly align with him, because I've no question or doubt he will be a loyal in an alliance as far as he is able and perhaps even more. So what say you Glorf?

If I was going to lynch him for being nice, I'd already have my vote on him. As it is, I'm not in an alliance with Glorfindel, so I could go either way. Such is the weirdness of LMS.

As you all know only too well, loyalty is a matter I take most seriously and the very concept of betrayal is foreign to me. As for formal alignments, I think our friend Speedchuck has displayed here just how fickle this game is likely to be. There are a number of people playing this game with whom I have a long (and relatively happy) association. I am not comfortable committing myself to an alignment with someone if that consequently means that I put myself at odds with another. And for the benefit of my friend Eloh, this is not a rejection or repudiation of your offer SD, it's me simply being honest.

Well regardless of if he will align with me, I fully intend to protect him, so if you're voting for Glorf you can expect me to be placing my vote on one of you. Though frankly, after a month of mafia absence I might prefer a no lynch today to not give anyone the boot so quickly.

I think prefer not to, especially this early without having discussed it. But I do know that discussing things like this is something LC likes to do himself when he plays, so I am open to sharing if people present good reasons for it.

Going to be catching up throughout the night. The only drawback to sharing our roles is that folks who submitted that element among their three might know that player is someone they want to merge elements with early and often if the combination yields advantageous results. This really only applies to someone with a dangerous role but we don't know if/which elements are more dangerous than others. We're all trying to kill each other in the end here, so best just to not overthink it.

This early in the game i'm not sure if there's any benefit in doing so. It would make for a boring couple of lynches, knowing everyone's role already. I like the Element of Surprise
