It doesn’t make sense. Are you scared that I kill you? If you’re certain I’m scum wouldn’t that just validate your case?

If I say anything before night actions are locked, the door is open for shenanigans resulting from my theory. If I make vague pledges, no one knows what I’m thinking and bad guys can’t do anything to respond.

Re: The Polka Heist [NIGHT 4]
YOUR HOROSCOPE FOR TODAY
Sergeant Bit was a traditionalist. He liked to start his day with a mug of hot Java Script. Detective Byte, however, was of the younger, unconventional generation. He preferred an extra-large Hi-C++ smoothie first thing.
Regardless of their differences in morning rituals, they were in agreement that something was off today. It was quiet. Too quiet.
With their preferred beverages in hand, they made their rounds of the quarantined folder. There was no mess of ones and zeroes this dawn. Unconvinced of their good fortune, they made their rounds a second time. During this follow-up route, they looked closer, as if expecting to find a crime scene hidden from casual eyes. Still though, nothing.
“Do a head count,” Bit told his apprentice. But it only deepened the mystery.
“Nine, sir,” Byte reported. “Same as yesterday.”
“Curious,” Bit said as he sipped the last of his Java.
“What now?” asked Byte.
“We wait,” Bit replied. “Someone knows why there’s no corpse this morning. The question is who knows why and how they know why.”

My mistakeDragon D. Luffy wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2020 9:54 pmThat is wrong, by the way. TSP broke the tie. Sloon tied it again to save himself. The poll closed less than 30 sec after that so nobody was able to "let" anything about it.

Re: The Polka Heist [DAY 5]
So wilgy was around enough that he'd put in a night action meaning it was either strategic or blocked.
Strategically I can only think that either wilgy, mac, or sloonie would not submit a kill.
I'll be around more tomorrow. But I'm laying a vote on sloonie right now his last second vote save was meh and honestly he was one of my early suspects and I'm usually right about one of my early mafia reads.

I’m tired right now. Can’t you all just assume that I’ve done the Sloonei thing where I type a bunch of words and clip a bunch of quotes and say that they’re bad for reasons? It would really save me a lot of time and effort.

Re: The Polka Heist [DAY 5]
The thing is, I agreed with DDL's assessment of Tony last phase. I went to Tony's ISO to disprove DDL's read that Tony was one of the more solvey players, but it ended up with me agreeing.
Why is it Tony now, Sloon? Suddenly it's a Tony-or-Sloonei thing on the table, and I don't know if that's the right thing.

I’ll explain later. I don’t have energy right now. Yeah, but why? I'm all good with classic friendly Epi condescending thunderous judgments, but at this point in the game I'd really prefer to hear more relatable arguments for points. The "HORSESHIT" argument is going in my ears, but it isn't reaching my brain.Epignosis wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2020 12:50 amHORSESloonei wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2020 12:47 amI’ll explain later. Re: The Polka Heist [DAY 5]
So either there is a blocker in town or mafia forgot to kill.
With two mafia left that is unlikely, but I wouldn't consider it impossible. Makes the chance one of those is wilgy huge since it's easier to justify one other player who came at night but didn't bother to send actions, than two players. Also that person would be used not to wsit for wilgy at this point.
But the blocker theory is also very viable, and in this case I have no idea. Maybe we hear a whisper from the wind or something.

Not sure how I feel about Sloon's TSP theory.
But TSP's Sloon theory is pretty meh. It makes sense for him to have waited till after the abilities lock. If anything it denies mafia a chance to control the wifom narrative.
