Ten days after the Testas received their eviction notice, the Phase 3 crowd banded together and struck back. Rather than evict Flamini- the jackwagon that called for the first vote, they rallied around evicting someone from Phase 1. ‘Those snobs think they’re better than everyone else because they were the first buyers- they think they own the place’ was the going rationale.

So, of course, their actions did nothing but make matters worse. Paranoia deepened, anxiety intensified, and there was much talk of hiring lawyers. And for what, really? If mutual hatred of the Lenker brothers had been the Band-Aid that held the neighborhood together, it had been ripped off in disastrous fashion.

Jacob Ferraro nearly got slugged by Martin DeLuca when he told him that the eviction vote settled on him. Instead of reloading for another swing, the man just shrugged his shoulders and walked back inside his house. It just wasn’t worth the effort.

MARTIN DELUCA, a civvie. You are an up-and-comer who is trying to fit in. As such, you tend to be a copycat of everyone else around you in order to fit in. Each day phase, you may select one player whose power you would like to copy. After the eviction post, you will be told what power you have copied and you may use it on any other player you like that night only.

I’m not sure that’s possible unless it’s a two-person team with exactly Grogu and reywaS. Everyone else has been around to submit a kill. If it was abstained I think it’d have to be deliberate otherwise.

Crappy situation. There would have been nothing to block from LC, but fingersplints wouldn't have known that. fingersplints seemed excited to have caught LC, so I'm not eager to slap a mafia tag on her.

He could be lying, but not in that way... maybe it’s just my ignorance but how often are mafia vigs even a thing? In a game so small that feels super unbalanced. On the other hand if there was a real civ vig and it wasn’t him we would probably find out. Alison has to twist the while history of the game so far to make her explanation make any sense. I feel pretty confident that her version of the events is not what happened. I have trouble seeing her sincerelt believe it.

splints gets the big catch blocking LC. It could be an elaborate plan but on its own it’s already a much likelier explanation than the two mentioned above.

i propose to you that scirrus and I should be treated as difference checked.

1) we both have strong scumreads on each other.

2) if I am town, scum tried to shoot me last night. my scumreads were marmot and scirrus. if both marmot and scirrus were town, scum would shoot epi and let me tunnel townies. therefore if I am town scirrus is scum, and since we aren't scum together, if I am scum scirrus is town.

the actual line: because the town was in a shambles and I felt our best shot at winning was to have a town leader who could whip everyone else into shape, and I decided to take on that role so I needed to live.

You know LC is a civ because he was lynched. Not a single player voted for someone besides him today. Would love a list of people who didn’t want that civ dead.

I broadly agree with JJJ’s position on you at the moment based on the night’s results. Your continued misrepresentations did not help before that, though.

Obviously there’s a lot I need to reevaluate, and I can’t just think you’re bad because you’re wrong when last night’s results suggest otherwise, but I don’t think you’ve got a better handle of the game at this moment than I did. Sorry if that’s sus to you.

I have the exact opposite opinion. It doesn’t make sense for you to be scum unless Scirrus is. If Scirrus is scum and the vig reveal was concocted, that does not mean anyone tried to kill you, it means he just killed Marmot. As explained in previous posts, I do not think that’s the case.

I still have a generally very positive read of splints, the LC fuckup notwithstanding. Choosing to believe Epi is simpler though I haven’t explored the options where he’s bad; I have no problem believing him now.

POE leaves JJJ and all the people with minor involvement (Grogu, Poison, reywaS...). It’s a bad situation!

There’s two players in my POE (Grogu, reywaS) who are highly unlikely to have submitted a night action, and possibly no mafia kill. Could easily be a coincidence, it could also just be that dumb of a situation.

If rey isn’t gonna show I at least want to turn the heat up on @Grogu tomorrow. I want to see this game from his eyes.

99.9% of my games I have played role claiming/info in the thread isn’t allowed. TBH I can’t remember my play on a single game where is was allowed, if any, where I played, but I haven’t played mafia in almost 5 years so some exact details in my head are a little fuzzy.

If this was someone else, I would answer you that I found it unlikely someone new to roleclaiming and significantly out of mafia practice to claim a role that another player would probably have. But it probably doesn’t mean much coming from me.

Enrique and Alison both feel mostly helpful. I suppose either could be mafia still, but I’d need some solid points on either to even consider a vote there.
I don’t feel as good about scirrus’s claim. I was ready to believe it instantly, because I could see the block on Long Con having worked. Now that that is obviously not what happened, I’m less inclined to trust it.
If the claim is true, the only two options are that the mafia forgot their kill (still possible given the low activity players) or the Epi protection of Alison which would clear both Alison and scirrus.
Where it stands right now I guess I’m most looking at the other remaining low/non players. Not really playing anyways
