Everyone please keep their eye on Town performances by @Seanzie this year. In GOC 2021 where he was town he had an awesome Day 1, identifying 2 of the wolves and highly suspicious of a 3rd.

Oh! Good question! I'd say probably. Lemme look at the awards we just did. Edit: and the answer is Yes! I'll change the above to Best Job Host/Best Job.
Sit Downs have historically been attached to whichever game type is most similar to the game in question. The GOC would definitely be a Job. We have had some sit downs closer to Heists or Rackets and would associate them accordingly.

I'd go so far as to say that if they had done that in a game last year, I wouldn't have won Best Independent that year.
