Urine for sure. At least I know that’s sterile. Have you ever tried to drink salt water? That can actually screw you up!

Four years younger. I think be able to apply the things I've learned to a younger version of myself would be nice. I'm also someone who wants to live as long as possible so being 10 years older would really scare me.

Presuming I can't add cheese to the pasta: Pizza with pasta sauce. I don't think pizza sauce would taste all that good without the pizza cheese, whereas with pasta sauce I've had sprinkled parmesan cheese on it.

Oh a Viking. My grandparents came from Norway, and my grandfather worshipped the Vikings. Most of his "Grandpa Stories" featured Vikings or weirdly wrong Nordic Mythology. As an adult, I realize how problematic that is, the Vikings did some pretty awful stuff. But they still have that glamorous glow for me. Although I am also a mongrel myself (Mom was Norwegian, Dad was quite the mix), as are probably most Americans.
