I just got knocked out of a cool LMS game, so naturally I decided to create my own. This will be a LMS setup game featuring a spectrum of Force powers for players to choose from. Each night, players will pick from a few different powers. Which powers they choose will impact the lives of other players while also moving them either to the Light Side or the Dark Side of the Force.

My Force power spectrum will remain a secret until the end of the game. Other rules include:

-Players receiving votes in the lynch poll will have among their Force options the chance to wield a lightsaber for attack or defense the night phase after they receive any votes.

-Ties will create a Force duel between all players tied for the lynch vote. They will face off, selecting powers they have mastered until one player takes the upper hand and finishes the other off.

-Since it's a LMS game, I don't see the need to ban info-dumping. Just be careful how much information you share or you may become a target.

I've been putting a lot of work into this idea lately. Here are the basics:


-At the beginning of the game, everyone gets to choose a lightsaber model and color. These two choices will determine your starting point.

-There are over a dozen possible starting points.

-Everyone starts the game with some Force points. Additional Force points will be earned for in-game activities like posting, voting, winning duels, etc.

-Force points can be used to develop each player's Force powers. Developing certain Force powers will open up new Force powers to you. There is a limit to how many Force points you can use at one time though.

-Force points can also be used to develop your lightsaber skills, which will come in handy during duels.

-Each day phase, the top two vote recipients in the lynch poll will duel. If ties cause more than two people to be at the top of the poll, then the duel will involve more than two players. Duels may not result in death. The outcome of a duel will be determined by your lightsaber skills and the Force powers at your disposal.

-There will be a map/grid. Each space on the map/grid will contain three items. One item may be claimed per person per night phase until the space is void of items.

-If two people select the same space on the map/grid at night, a duel may result.

-As you build up Force powers, night powers and abilities will be at your disposal.

-Though the game is initially a LMS setup, alliances and factions may form as Force powers develop. Jedi is both a singular and plural word, you know.
