Day 2 (rough) post counts and impression score by player
47 - Dizzy - 2.5/5 - got into some fights, asked a lot of questions, said he would sheep Timmer
36 - DDL - 3.5/5 - had a CFD complaint at the beginning, then argued for lynching Mac, gave arguments for/against LC. Not much towards EOD.
35 - TSP - 5/5 - I internalize every word this man says
30 - Sloonei - 2.5/5 - Did some EOD stuff but more memorably pushed a case on DDL
27 - Epi - 2/5 - lynched Dom, agreed with me on Wilgy, is that it? Some catching up points
22 - Michelle - 2/5 - catching up, attacked Quin which was funny, threw out a few points
15 - Sig - 0/5 - don't remember anything
12 - LC - 2/5 - threw a random attack at Epi but then said he was town, voted for Michelle for a weird reason then like 5 other people
10 - Wilgy - .5/5 - asked me why I was town
8 - Timmer
2 - Mac
0 - Bimbo
Well this was just a true showing of townie activity I must say. Maybe I need to adjust my scale.
Does anyone think I have a wrong impression on impressions? cause I really don't remember much happening during day 2. I was busy though so I wasn't paying as much attention.
DDL and Sig are the main standouts I think. I really don't remember Sig having an input today at all.
Sloonei and others town reading him -- why?
I think there was stuff EOD day 1 that I didn't catch.
1) Tony a town. This suggests nothing about either sorsha’s or Michelle’s alignment.
2) Tony is scum. This is a genuine slip, indicating that both sorsha and Michelle are not on his team (Tony would surely know if one of his teammates had been replaced).
3) Tony is scum, and this is a devious ruse. One of sorsha or Michelle is on his team (or perhaps both, but that doesn’t seem right) and he planted this “mistake” deliberately to draw us off.
4) Tony is scum, this is a devious ruse, but neither Michelle nor sorsha are his partners. He did this on purpose either as a “derp clear” or as a hardcore WIFOM move to get dopes like me talking about a non-issue.

For a decent chunk of time on Day 2, DDL was advocating for a Mac lynch on the grounds that it seemed likely that we have an inactive scum team. He never advocated for a Michelle/bimbo lynch. He never advocated for a sorsha lynch. He only ever talked about Mac in this context. In the end he switched to an LC vote, who is not inactive. I question the authenticity of DDL’s suspicion about inactives, and am left wondering why his vote ended up on LC.

This post contains an actual observation from Creature’s ISO without any bells and/or whistles. This tells me that wilgy actually took the time to look at Creature’s posts, but didn’t make a show of it or anything like that. He was looking just to look. Scum wilgy doesn’t need to do that.

Re: The Polka Heist [NIGHT 2]
Two of them voted for Long Con Day 1.
Two of them voted for Dom Day 2.
I forget who else was voting LC prior to Creature being lynched, but it was 1-2 of our Ninja Turtle quartet or however we’re being identified. The Four Horsemen of the Alpocalypse. I remember Quin having some things to say about LC, and we know he was town. Mafia need to vote alongside civilians to produce mislynches. I feel like LC was a mislynch wagon on Day 1, which would mean there was at least one mafia on him.
Of course, he could he bad himself in which case this is all pointless and dumb.

I lied, here’s one more point about DDL:
Sorry for the notifications, DDL. Blame the US Justice System.
This post exists. The interaction does not carry on after this and he never acknowledges mac again until his isolated campaign against him for being inactive on Day 2. That is all for now.Dragon D. I’m responding to this with the DDL/ Mac stuff: Is the implication you’re leading to that one of the following is likely:
a DDL / Mac scum team with aggressive distancing
OR DDL / Sorsha with “well wtf am I supposed to do here attitude”?

Re: The Polka Heist [DAY 2]
I saw the poll of the day one and figured he was lynched and I saw in some posts mentioning he was scum.
I completely forget to check the eod. Believe me or not but this is the truth.
Later I saw his name in the part with dead players in the page 1 but only after DDL said Quin is dead. Felt like an idiot, ngl..
I didn't go for his Iso because I wanted to read all the game. Intention at least was good.

I don't have a succinct case, I was just going through ISOs and commenting on things that stood out to me. A lot of things stood out unfavorably for DDL.TonyStarkPrime wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 12:37 pm Sloonei can you make your case against DDL more succinct? But since you asked about the "foreshadowing" point in particular: I thought it looked odd, perhaps disingenuous, that DDL made this post where he attempted to assign a read to your emotions about the Day 1 lynch, and then later adopted the exact same emotions he was projecting onto you. Something about the progression feels off. Like, if he was feeling that way about the lynch when he commented on your response I would expect him to express more direct sympathy towards it, rather than to offer speculation and hypothetical sympathy ("a sentiment I've felt myself before" rather than "a sentiment that I agree with"). This sequence makes his own outrage about the issue seem false or fabricated.

Re: The Polka Heist [NIGHT 2]
I feel relatively confident that my four person POE is accurate. DDL is my strongest suspect. I could toss a coin between Mac and Sorsha. Tony is not a direct scum read, but I have no reason to remove him from the POE.
I've eliminated Epi and Long Con for now because I do not get the sense that either of them are making any cold and calculated moves in this game, but I could easily revisit them both later on if needed.

SInce they are interchangeable, I might as well use a selfish tiebreaker here.
Sorsha needs to be lynched eventually, though. Wouldn't mind doing it next day if people wanted, even. Especially since my Mac wagon Day 2 was twarthed by people deciding he was going to be active (something still dubious), so Sorsha might be easier to lynch.

Do you have a POE list or any sort of comprehensive set of reads?Dragon D. Luffy wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 8:04 pmExplained that too. Sorsha got more time because I hjaven't played with Sorsha in a while.Sloonei wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 7:29 pmThat is not my main concern here. I am more interested in why you expressed such a strong suspicion that we are dealing with an inactive scum team, but focused almost exclusively on Mac.Dragon D. Luffy wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 2:59 pmThis is not the first time you ask this question.Sloonei wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 11:17 amOne last point about DDL so he has something substantial to respond to rather than me nitpicking little things he did.Dragon D. Luffy wrote: ↑Sun Jan 05, 2020 9:35 pm If mac aint being lynched I think Im going with LC.
Aubergine
For a decent chunk of time on Day 2, DDL was advocating for a Mac lynch on the grounds that it seemed likely that we have an inactive scum team. He never advocated for a Michelle/bimbo lynch. He never advocated for a sorsha lynch. He only ever talked about Mac in this context. In the end he switched to an LC vote, who is not inactive. I question the authenticity of DDL’s suspicion about inactives, and am left wondering why his vote ended up on LC.
I've been tunneling on LC since day 1.

Re: The Polka Heist [NIGHT 2]
TRIGGER HAPPY
While most of the files had satisfied their sexual frustrations, one file was still pining for a little action. It sat out on the ledge of the playlist and crooned into the night.
"I'm hot blooded, check it and see. Got a fever of a hundred and three."
Not long after, the file noticed another tune out for a stroll with what looked like a deletion gun.
"Hey Joe, where you goin' with that gun in your hand?"
"Who me?" the other file asked.
"Indeed, friend."
"Nowhere special."
"Well," the unwitting file said, "care to join me for a little jam session?"
"But of course," the would-be killer replied. "Show me what you got."
"Yoddle-ay-ee, yoddle-ay-he-hoo. Yoddle-ay-ee, yoddle-ay-he-hoo. Yoddle-ay-ee, yoddle-ay-he-hoo. Yoddle-ay he-hoo."
"Nice range," the sinister fiend said, "but can you do anything with a little more punch?
"Sure," the soon-to-be victim cheered. "Darling, you gotta let me know- Should I stay or should I go?"
"Oh, you should go," the villain whispered under their breath.
"If you say that you are mine, I'll be here 'till the end of time. But you gotta let me know- whoa, whoa, whoa- should I stay or should I go?"
"Go on, please," the treacherous file said, activating the deletion gun.
"People try to put us down," the file sang and pointed to the other.
"Talkin' 'bout my generation!"
"Just because we get around."
"Talkin' 'bout my generation!"
"Things they do look awful c-c-cold."
"Talkin' 'bout my generation!"
"Hope I die before I get old."
"Your wish is my command," the killer said and pulled the trigger.

Re: The Polka Heist [DAY 3]
No. I think LC is bad. Or at least, could be bad with anyone. If I had to make a list of possible w/w pairs, I can’t see you as scum without him. I could see him as scum in a lot of cases. The implication is that there’s no reason to vote for you when I could vote for LC even if I buy Mac coming in here and saying you’re bad as a God given argument.Sloonei wrote: ↑Tue Jan 07, 2020 1:27 amSo... you think I’m bad?TonyStarkPrime wrote: ↑Tue Jan 07, 2020 1:11 am If Sloonei is bad it’s always with LC, right?
